Annette Funicello (born Annette Funicello) was an American actress, singer. Most famously, she is remembered for being one of Mickey Mouse Club's original Mouseketeers. When she was a teen She began her journey as a singer and was renowned for the hit song "Tall Paul" as well as "Pineapple Princess.' Annette was an introverted child that grew up in Utica in the company of Italian immigrants. As she wished to have a successful career in entertainment, Annette began acting and performing. The actress gained fame in the 1950s as she was a part of the "Mouseketeers". In her later years, Annette shredded her 'Disney' persona and appeared in a number of adult roles. Most notable was her role as the pioneer of the genre of beach parties. She appeared as a character in films such as How to Stuff a Wild Bikini, Pajama Party, and 'Beach Parties.' The singer also released her albums with music occasionally. Annette had been diagnosed with MS in 1992. She passed away due to the condition in 2013.
