Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing husband JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. A lot of people know me on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the ups to the downs. I arrived in America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At one and a half years older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. Knowing I had an opportunity at a better future I strived to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of achievement. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to university and get a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. The life I had imagined for myself was not what it turned out. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job the money and status did not bring me joyand I was feeling that I was throwing my time for a paycheck even though I knew I had a destiny. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed having fun and helping people while I walked the new direction in my life. I was drawn to personal training. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. It is rare to find an Asian woman in this business. As a coach, my goal is to encourage people to live a healthier and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet each individual's needs and goals. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their goals and achieve whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest blow to my life. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. Yet, I keep the memory of her daily. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though we may not be able to recognize it right now. The death of my mother changed me so much and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. The day she died in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create a new life. To me, it was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling that I am alive and living. I don't feel that I'm just another number. My goal in the story I am sharing is to show you that you're not the only one. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. Because death is all we have in life I want you to enjoy the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
